We stopped for lunch in Chiang Rai, Thailand at "Cabbages and Condoms", a restaurant run by the Population & Community Development Association to support their family-planning and HIV prevention efforts. I ate a Burmese-style chicken stew, which was very gingery. The PDA also runs a Hilltribe Museum. http://www.pda.or.th/chiangrai/
